Our renowned Incoming Travel Agency ARA Tours offers you an interesting and stable position in our Customer Experience team!
Your main task will be to provide friendly, professional and efficient advice to our clients, as well as to plan and prepare the logistical aspects for our clients during their stay in the country.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Digital data processing and good communication skills

- Nationals or residents with work permit

Preferable requirements
- Fluency in any other additional language (German, French)

- Experience or knowledge of individual and group travelers
- Experience with reservation software, preferably Tourplan

You will be part of our Accounting Department, supporting the team in functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash management, per diems and their respective liquidation, invoicing following the guidelines of the immediate supervisor.
Essential Requirements

Your main task will be to look after our customers in the country in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, especially the guests of our various bike products.
