Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English

- Being able to work in a team and working independently are very important skills

- Nationals or residents with work permit

Preferable requirements
- Fluency in any other additional language (German, French)
- Higher education and/or studies in tourism
- Knowledge of the infrastructure and tourism product in Costa Rica
- Experience or knowledge of individual and group travelers
- Experience with reservation software, preferably Tourplan

Accounting Assistant
You will be part of our Accounting Department, supporting the team in functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash management, per diems and their respective liquidation, invoicing following the guidelines of the immediate supervisor.
Essential Requirements

Operations Agent with bike knowledge
Your main task will be to look after our customers in the country in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, especially the guests of our various bike products. We are looking for an organized person, with good skills to distribute and prioritize different tasks, willing to work under pressure effectively and above all in a team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Costa Rican tourism product
- Interest in cycling and basic mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office and standard computer programs
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and schedules, including weekends

- B1 Driving license
- Interest in biking and knowledge of bicycle components
