Rate Conditions

The first day of the tour determines its season/rate.

The rates for Christmas/New Year (8.12.20 - 08.01.21) are on request. Should the stay in the hotels fall on Easter (28.03.21 - 04.04.21), the rates are also on request.

Some hotels offer price reductions or special included services exclusively for this trip. Hotel changes, on request or due to a lack of availability, as well as a reduction in the number of overnight stays, may change the travel price significantly.

Special conditions

• The rates apply for families sharing the same room during the whole itinerary. There is a maximum of 4 persons per room. For different room configurations, please contact our sales teams.
• The here included rental car type SUV Intermediate AT/B 4WD (Mitsubishi ASX or similar) is recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children (max. 4 people in total)
• Please advise upon reservation the age and height of the child/ children in order to reserve a suiting booster seat, if necessary.

Cancellation conditions

This trip offers you generous cancellation fees in order to give you extra security when planning your trip.
After a definitive booking, cancellations before tour start will be billed with USD 50 service fee per order. If the cancellation occurs for reasons of Covid19, for example, due to illness of the travel participants or closing of the borders and cancellation of the approach, we will not charge the fee.

Thereafter, the following cancellation fees apply:
Until 15 days before tour start: no further penalty fee
14 - 11 days before tour start: 25% penalty fee
10 - 08 days before tour start: 50% penalty fee
07 - 00 days before tour start or no-show: 100% penalty fee

Please note that some service providers ask for a written confirmation of the cancellation circumstances, for example, a health certificate or confirmation of the flight cancellation due to border closure etc.
